How to report an issue
Email contact@petsignalguide.com with the page URL, the statement or section you believe is incorrect, and any supporting source you think should be reviewed.
Do not include account credentials, payment information, private pet-location data, medical records, or other sensitive personal information. No fixed response-time commitment is currently claimed.
What may require correction
Examples include factual errors, broken or misdirected links, outdated product or plan information, unclear evidence labels, incorrect attribution, missing disclosures, or wording that overreaches the available evidence.
How a report is reviewed
Pet Signal Guide should compare the reported issue with the relevant source record, checked date, market and model scope, and current public information. If the evidence remains uncertain or conflicting, the page should say so rather than replace one unsupported statement with another.
How changes are recorded
Minor spelling, formatting, or accessibility fixes may not require a public correction note when they do not change meaning. Material changes that affect the reader decision should receive an updated checked date, explanation, or “What changed” note appropriate to the page.
